Sun Down (Tanka Poem)

Guiding worn geese fleeing east

Reflecting soft sounds

Weary fish scuttle beneath

Blue waves drag dreary sun down

This is my attempt at Tanka poetry (5-7-5-7-7) so I may have taken liberties with the style, but I had a lot of fun with this prompt from Kiwinana: #OctPoWriMo – Day 10 – #Weekly Tanka Prompt #Poetry Challenge – Week 117 – Sunset & Theme
